Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the prices displayed for Bald Eagle CBD   products represent the full retail price listed on the product itself. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you complete an online order form; however, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.

Payment

Bald Eagle CBD receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Bald Eagle CBD uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Terms and Conditions for delivery

Bald Eagle CBD is not responsible for a product that has been dispatched successfully, but for whatever reason does not arrive at its intended destination. In such cases Bald Eagle CBD reserves the right to use discretion whether to re-dispatch a replacement order at no extra postal cost to the customer.

All orders from our website can take between 3 – 5 working days for delivery, although Bald Eagle CBD aims to dispatch orders from its warehouse within 24 hours. Bald Eagle CBD does not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders made on a Friday will be usually dispatched by the following Monday.  Bald Eagle CBD uses Royal Mail for deliveries.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights including under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Cancellation of orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason, unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
